First Tweet for some updates, then next tweet for date and then we will see actual update, if everything OKEY. They directly give us update. Why this drama, not KGF. Every movie makers follows this only pattern only.

Isn't all those part of promotions? It's true that most of them follow similar path.
Just imagine, suddenly on a random day, they (or any production team for that matter) tweet with a trailer link. How many will see? How long will it take to reach more audiences?
Instead, if they tweet relating to a particular update few times before officially releasing it, there will be discussions, debates, predictions etc which will lead to excitement among fans which will ultimately reach more audiences by the time it's officially released.
This way, production houses ensure they keep the audiences hooked.
Excitement, Eagerness, Annoyance and Frustration all go hand in hand.
