So it's company policy. U cannot force them to add some channels which u like. It's upto them what they want or what they don't want.

First u need to understand that ADTV has 9 millions customers and all are not in DDF here. So ADTV don't add channels according to DDF members request. India has 95 % SD subscribers who still using CRT. So demand for SD is higher.
