I have activated this offer by calling 1800 1370111, they activated immediately...
Since its my first chance to explore recording feature ...My questions are..

1. I can not use red button on my RF remote to record, I could only choose info-option and record function.
2. When I was recording one channel not able to watch so many other channels bu could watch few channels. like if I am recording Star sports HD1 not able to watch Sony ESPN, Star Sports HD4 etc..
3. Live pause option not working on remote..

Is that the way d2h recording works? Please advice me if there is a problem with my STB

There is no problems in your stb.
You can record & watch channels which are available only in same Tp. Record & watch all other channels is only possible through HD DVR...
Are you plugged the USB while trying pause live programme...?

Do the Below Steps :-

>> Menu
>> Setup
>> 7 - Installation
>> Code = 1234
>> 2 - Box Settings
>> 2 - TV Settings

At this step set that RCU Type should be Compact

Press ok & Press 'X' button....

Then your mentioned problems will be solved :tup

Now I understood the drawbacks of single TP recording function.

I used Live/pause function on Rf remote while usb has been plugged
