Level of incompetence of Tata Play customer care these days is that they have added Knowledge and Lifestyle Pack at full price when I clearly asked to activate today's Jingalala Afternoon offer

Did same to me last night as well where I clearly mentioned to add the pack on offer. Agent refunded my money back. I wonder whether it's intentional or not.
