Finally, I activated Rs.169 kondattam pack via customer care bro..
Problem was my address pincode wrongly entered to Karnataka state in dish TV database..
That's why that pack was not visible in my account..
Kondattam pack available only for tamilnadu state...

Can any one help me to add this kondatam pack.

I can't call customer care because iam in srilanka...

Is this package available only for tamil Nadu receivers or for all region receivers...???
