Actually the main problem is failure of Tata SKy's GSAT-10. ISRO will have to give TS, some satellite capacity very very soon, bcoz ISRO and TS have legal contract. So, ISRO will move one of its forthcoming GSAT satellite, meant for 74e or any other slot to 83e, just to fulfill Tata SKY obligations. :k
