I ve peculiar problem getting activated this top up. I was using jio as my RMN, when sending Add topup message always getting failed message, unable to send the message. So changed my RMN from jio to Vodafone sent message twice but getting this reply both the times.
The request for airtel digitalTV ID could not be processed as your mobile is not linked with us. Please resend request with valid Customer Id.
But when i used Vodafone number for missed call for getting account information i got it correctly without any error message.
Even after the 1st failed message, called cc & did heavy refresh also but no respite. Frustrated.
