you can watch 2g channel on mobile and may be 3g channel with this speed but best to download video from youtube and otherside like movies ,tv series etc. if you have unlimited plan

Tatasky has Everywhere TV app. If i am not wrong then Airtel & DishTv also has similar app. All these stream live TV via internet but if you don't want to stream via internet then there is Tatasky+transfer box from which you can stream without internet

I believe he is asking about ***** and CCcam where he needs a regular satellite setup - dish, set top box etc - and watch the paid channels by using the decryption keys provided by ***** via internet.
