Seeking Help Looking for new TS HD connection, from where I get best deal?

Hi DDTH team,
My friend looking for TS HD connection for his new smart TV. Previously he used Airtel SD and not really happy with it. So decided to move Tatasky. While checking TS website there is some deal with 2200/1800 something. Is there any other website or reference for getting new connection with discounted rate? I'm also a TS customer and the reference offer is worth for new customer other than existing one?
