Low Audio in some HD Channels

I have upgraded to :hd connection last month. The Picture quality in HD channels is awesome. But Audio in few HD channels is not good, namely Star Gold HD, Zee Studio HD, NGC HD & sometimes from yesterday Star Sports HD 1 is also having very low audio. I am having Sony Bravia 32 inch LCD & i am not using any home theatre system. Audio is coming from TV itself. Anyone else also facing the same problem ?

Best Audio i am recieving in HD channels is on Movies Now HD.

Yes, volume of many channels is very low. I have told them earlier too through twitter, mails but they say that all is fine from their end. Do one ting write to [email protected], may be they will take action. All volume levels should match the volume levels they have for 9XO

Try stereo instead of Dolby digital or surround in installation box settings TV settings

Yes the volume on the mentioned are very low have complained to the CC no respite from the issue ... Finally have given up.

Same here...the above mentioned HD channels has some volume issue, so its from d2h end and nothing wrong with ur STB and LCD.

The reason why Tv ll produce a loW sound in 5.1 is , tv will only use front left and right audio. The voice is being deliverd only in centre speaker. If u connect your tv to a 5.1 home theater u ll get a good sound. Initially i too had low volume problem, after connecting with home theatre i am getting a good sound...

True....But then why we all are facing problems in just 4-5 HD channels ? All other HD channels doesnt have any Audio problems....

The issue may be at broadcasters side not in d2h side i guess... only Sun direct dth reduces the original volumes of channels...Previously i am a sun direct customer. .
