I have checked this on Tata Play HD+ box. Although the quality isn’t as good as before, I haven’t noticed the issue that’s raised in this thread i.e. voice in the front and rear surround speakers. The voice is coming only in the centre channel for dialogue as expected. Bass is on the higher side, but not unbearable.

Issue are there, but u are not observe closely, because airtel hd set of box also same issue on star All Hd channels, i have observed, tata play Hd set of box all star Hd channels, except Star Movie HD and Star Movies select Hd, remaining star all regional Hd channel same Dolby audio issue. Check once again
