Big Magic shows good cartoons for kids. 24/7 cartoons channel is not good from my opinion. Though, Big Magic is not 24/7 cartoons channel but at present it's a good alternative for free to air viewers

There is Toonami channel on LCN 467 which shows some great original Cartoon shows like Dexter's Laboratory, Scooby Doo, Johny Bravo, Tom & Jerry Tales, Jetsons and so on.

U can get this channel for free, use MyAirtel App, go to Add Topups > Kids and choose "Toonami Free TopUp."
