Looks like no one really has any info on WHY! But the recent LCN changes across all genre and scroll running for days does not make any sense.

TS is not doing anything good for the user. They are just playing musical chairs by shuffling channels again and again. This clearly shows their professionalism and their thinking about the end user.

After Mega shuffling expected few things but nothing done yet but now see another shuffle –

Ø No Software update as per revised Genres
Ø No increase in Favorites numbers
Ø Senior citizens struggling hard to see channels (Repetitive Shuffling)
Ø To make TS UI Senior citizens friendly is not at all a priority for them
Ø No channels additions after Mega shuffle but you can always expect Price Rise anytime from them

So cc still saying 16 channels will be removed from 1st August while scroll running on CNN states channel lcn changing to 631 from 27th July. Total confusion.

Further, for the 16 zee channels remaining on the platform the customer has to give a missed call 16 times for viewing each of the channels as told by the cc which is simply ridiculous.
