Star Pravah from the start did their annual awards during Gudi Padwa (now also 19th March is telecast, 22nd March is Gudi Padwa)

Colors Marathi Awards were also held after Gudi Padwa and telecasted a week after Star awards

Zee Marathi Awards 2022 were telecasted on 15th October 2022
And Zee marathi always has awards during Diwali festive season, you can check of yesteryears too

So before alleging Zee is sleeping, may be get your facts checked

(Because currently films entry process are running) Every year in March Zee Marathi bringing Films & Theatre Awards. And another thing is on Feb 26th MFK awards 2022 will scheduled on Zee Talkies.

When they are trying and have been doing a good job since years together
And Zee talkies is still No.1 head strong in Marathi movies too
