Is Zee Marathi now starting to follow Zee Kannada Pattern of programming?

First This, and now Paru. (incidentally Paru is also the name of a hit ZK Serial. So are they remaking it?)

Most probably Paaru is remake of telugu hit serial Mudda Mandharam and Shiva as remake of tamil Satya serial.
And I think they are following reality show Pattern of Zee Kannada like keeping reality shows on Weekend.
