In Tata Sky with base pack, subscribers get 2 Free Regional Pack

he already has 2 free regional packs taken, so he is paying for the third(Malayalam)

I never watched a single channel from the regional packs which I have taken.
So I removed 1 regional pack and in that place, took another regional pack(Malayalam)
