Seeking Help Max resolution of D2H Stream box

Hi,
I am about to consider moving from D2H HD STB to its Stream Box STB.
I notice that the product page here https://www.d2h.com/set-top-box/d2h-stream mentions the resolution as 2K HD that can in principle even go as high as 2K WQHD I guess 1440p. As even this resolution is considered as 2K.

Is it just an advertising gimmick or does it go really up to 2K HD.
Or are they saying or considering 1920x1080 as 2K HD?
Basically I don't think there are any TVs that have 2K QHD resolution. Most of them are either HD Ready 720 or FHD 1920x1080 or simply 4K
Customer care did not understand what I asked!
Is anyone here using D2H Stream box and do you have any idea?

Don't buy the d2h stream because it has low internal storage and only 2K resolution,
they will be launching a 4K box with more internal storage, just wait for some days,

As such I do not have any plans to go for 4K TV so anything in 4K will not be useful for me.
Due to space crunch I use TV as TV as well as PC monitor. 4K will be too big and won't have a space in my home.
I just want to get tech clarity about what is interpreted as 2K HD by D2H. Is it 1920x1080 or higher.
So far D2H is unable to provide any sound response to me!
I might have a few more queries about Stream Box. I might ask later. Looking forward to your inputs.

2K hd means 2560 x 1440 pixels. But D2h having 720 x 576 SD channels and 1920 x 1080 HD channels only.

Thx. So looks like it's just scaled up from FHD to QHD at the output of STB?
Everywhere on third party reviews it's said it's 2K QHD output.
D2H as seller (I don't know if it's official or some agent taking the same name) is available on amazon india where they list stream box product for sale and there it says 1080i!!
