what about food food? that channel deserves to be in this pack as well. otherwise Rs.40 for that channel. what crap. they can reduce the cost for that channel at least by half.
also, ts has only one good music channel (mix) and they have removed it from this pack. Not good for the target audience they want to cater to I think (urban/semi-urban segment - up to may be 35 years) as they certainly are not targeting this pack for families with children up to and including 2 years of age.

ts shud create new genere as "lifestyle and fashon"

and tlc, ndtv goodtimes, fox traveller, food food can be added along with active games .

and this pack can be clubed in metro pack. And supreme sport kids.

DTH TV | DTH packages | DTH channels

This pack is the best for South India and North India also this is best of all packs.

Also most of the South/North Indians dont watch English Entertainment so not added in this pack.

Food Food not included because most south indians dont watch this hindi cookery channel.

Good things are:
1. CN
2. ESS group
3. 10 HD Channels (Mtunes - 5 + Star World can be activated if required)
4. All English/Hindi Movies+News included

Good pack from Tata Sky...
1) 12 English News channels included (all good ones)
2) 8 English Movie channels included (all good ones)
3) ESS included
4) Good coverage on the knowledge/ infotainment front too

Just the things missing...
1) Other sports channels (except ESS & DD Sports)
2) Other kids channels (only CN is part of the package)

Still it is a good initiative from Tata Sky to create a healthy package @ 300
