I hope that they dont offer that same old Indianised content

Only way they could possibly challenge Big players in Kids Channel Genre is by offering Western Content,or by offering a new concept.

If they are going to make indian shows by making random shows about Cat and 3 "Insert any animals",then unfortunately they will always be unknown amongst masses

Right. They should offer both general and animated series. There is nothing wrong in showing Western content. We have some kids channels like Nick, Sony YAY, Cartoon Network who mostly offer Disney or Hollywood content in Hindi and other regional laungages. In this context only I used the word Indianised. We can have an animated Pancha Tantra, Vikram Betal, Shaktiman, Chaha Choudhury etc.
