The TV-INSAT section of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB) has scheduled an open house meeting on 22 June with broadcasters from 11 am to 12 noon in Room No. 664, ‘A’ Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi.
According to the ministry notice, authorised representatives of the companies may send their requests along with the issues to be discussed in the meeting for participation in the open house meeting by 16 June through email/fax at the following address.
Any request received thereafter will be considered only in the next open house meeting.
Earlier, the MIB had said that henceforth it would hold open house meetings with broadcasters, multi-system operators (MSOs) and teleport operators on the 20th of every month.
However, if the 20th of a month happens to be a central government holiday, then the meeting would be held on the next working day, the MIB said in its notice
