MN+ HD PQ is alternating between HD and 3GP quality every 3-5 minutes

All these problems with all Times network started happening since the fire event in Mumbai. Their offices were in same building and got affected and they are still struggling.

Yes, DD audio also didn't restored in the channels till now except MN+ HD.

This problem also in movies now HD, mnx HD, remedy now HD and zoom. There are very low quality like 3gp video file. Sometimes seen this problem from broadcaster end.
