The year 2016 has been indeed a special one for Malayalam. We saw him bounce back with some big hits and at the same time the year also witnessed the actor conquering other territories, especially the Tollywood.Now, rumours are rife that Mohanlal has got another big Telugu project in his kitty. According to the reports, Mohanlal is being considered for an important role in Pawan Kalyan's next film, which would be directed by popular Telugu film-maker Trivikram Srinivas.
No official confirmation has been made from the actor's side regarding the same. If such a project happens, it would be indeed a big project and it would be a real treat to watch two of the biggest superstars of South Indian film industry in the same frame.
Meanwhile, Mohanlal continues to enjoy grand success in Telugu film industry, with his recent film Manyam Puli, which is the dubbed Telugu version of Pulimurugan doing a grand business in Telugu speaking regions.His other Telugu film Janatha Garage, which also featured Jr NTR in the lead role also went on to find a place in the Top 5 highest grossing South Indian movies of 2016.
