@Bapun Raz bro I read it on wikipedia but still couldn't understand it .
Kindly elaborate following things
1) can we receive 2 different satellites on this type of lnb ?

2) if yes then can I use it for d2h as well as dd free dish satellites ??

3) possibly which satellite he might be receiving beside dish tv's ?

Yes, we can receive 2 satellites with the help of this lnb.

No you can't. Dish tv monoblock lnb is designed for specific satellites like asiasat 5 & nss 6. For other satellites you need to set different gap/position between those front side lnb rings.
