I can't imagine Yash Raj giving up its long-standing exclusive deal with SPN! I think this is only a promotion.
However, Cinema TV (now NT8 ) showed Mere Brother Ki Dulhan once.

Now days Sony Max Focusing more on South Dubbed Movies not in Yash Raj Films. So may be they are trying to sell some movies to B4U Kadak.
