Most of slots will be sold by Regional news channels. Nd couple of slots will be for Regional non news channels.

DD free dish should increase some transponders to increase no of slots then no of viewers will increase and big broadcaster will show interest.

Why DD FD is not placing rest DD HD channels like DD News HD and DD IndiaHD on left over mpeg4 slots.. it would definitely gain more viewers to dd channels in HD mode i assume..

If no. Of application will be won the slot they increase slot or HD replace to won private channel slot ( as per previous time they did).

Everyone wants the addition of more channels. But since there is no transponder, it cannot add more transponder to the free dish. Transponders already exist but are used by MHRD and Vande Gujarat. So it shows its effect on the free dish. Therefore, the icas project has been postponed.
