Pattern of conversion indicates step 2 will be done. They will undertake TP wise conversion to dvbs2. Expecting some action tonight.

Total 17 MPEG4 channels are in DVBS Tp's,
8 on 11090 H
1 on 11130 H
2 on 11170 H
3 on 11550 H
3 on 11670 H,

Tp 11130 H have total 17 TV channels, so 1 Tp is already ready to convert to DVBS 2.
