why dont you try, drop one regional pack and add tamil or telugu pack for some days. You can see what msg on mpeg4 channels as well call ts helpline and get replacemet stb.
First call to 18001806633 then tell them i am not getting ne tv & request to take work order. If this not works then try sunil bro trick. Migration will be free of cost.
Simply send y from your rmn to 56633 and you will get call from tatasky for migration of mpeg 2 stb into mpeg 4 stb free of cost. I did the same and got new stb within 24 hrs.
