Yes Brother,, I Think Mtunes Signal problem from the Broadcaster.
 
I was changed my lnb position to next side(I.e., polirity change).

Now I'm getting good signal 50-55%.

Can you upload your LNB position??? You can get all TP???
 
In IS 20 lnb skew is very important,
I lost many Tp when lnb is not at correct position.
