I can sense that the launch of that new STB is close Just matter of some time.

I hope they replace for free.

Super LNB is compatible with almost all boxes, they just pass on settings required thru software. Also recording is not needed in hybrid box as one can access Catch Up TV or VoD content thru Tata Sky severs or other apps. Tata Sky knows that only affluent customers opt for DVR boxes hence having internet or opting for some more additional hardware is quite common, they would offer a nice buy back / exchange option
