Following channels must be add by Dishtv. Because other DTH has. Only this No. 1 DTH hasn't. But why ?

Epic, ID, Zoom, Animal Planet, Bindass play, MTV, TEN 2.

Am I Right? We must constant force to Dishtv for above channels in Super FAMILY Pack. Because we know that SS 2, it may not provide, but it able to Provide TEN 2. Because 1 Paid Sports Channel provided by TATA Sky, Airtel and reliance in their lowest ROI pack except 99 Pack.
