But, last tym when I recharged, the policy was maximum ₹80 cash back, 3 times cash back within a month.

I tried recharging my tatasky account with the above Merchant ID - 46049089212, i did not got recharged, may be the merchant id will be different for each user and i believe this Merchant ID will be your user specific.
