my asianet digital stb not showing epg pls help me

I buy a asianet digital stb (cisco model pds1000) today but it dosnt show epg pls help me

I think there should not be any EPG problem if MSO is providing EPG services. Cisco STBs are good, pl check with other subscribers with same model or with cable provider.
