My dish setup

Hello members,
Last week I installed a new dish antenna at ABS 2, 75 degree East at my home.
The cost of items are:

• d2h original dish: Rs. 550
• Dish tv original lnb: Rs. 150
• Compression F connectors: Rs. 30 (pair)
• RG6 wire: Rs. 8/metre
• Diseqc Switch: $ 1.52 ( Purchased from Ali Express)

I did the whole installation process in around 40 - 50 minutes without any sat finder device.

I already have Solid HD box, Dish tv tru HD + and Airtel HD+.

Right now my Dish tv is deactive, hence I connected the dish tv lnb output and Abs lnb output to the Diseqc switch.

The picture quality of ABS channels is not upto the mark. The channels are highly compressed.

but 1 question, did u install that compression F connector urself ?

That blue plastic, u cant install, if u dont have appropriate tools for it.
Or some pro, did it for u ?

For the compression connectors I purchased a RG6 crimping tool from Amazon.in for Rs.365  :k

You will get around 95 free channels.
