Before experts used to say that SUN DIRECT SD users didn't get proper signals from Insat 4B so SUN provides big dishes to HD users if they're not getting signals then obviously EPG are also not available.

It just like dishtv users where MB LNB we can't get signals from Asiasat 5 though nowhere days we start getting channels in the box but signals were too weak.
