Finally guys i also become part of "Sun Direct HD" family.

New Connection cost me around 1300/- + 1 month of Silver ROI HD pack Free.

Same model box i also have, the issue I face is cursor like blinking issue, star vijay hd channel freezing not able to change to another channel.

Call the Chennai nodal office, explain them the issue, and request them for a box replacement. As your box would still be under the 1 year warranty, there shouldn't be an issue in getting your box replaced, free of cost.

Call will be picked up by a SUN TV telephone operator. After they pick up the call, request the operator to connect you to the Sun Direct department.
