Same thing happened with me same model box Humax HD Hecv. And worst thing is that I am free only during night after 07:00 pm so cannot have technician visit during day. My box developed this snag on sunday evening on 16/08/2020

I think this snag happened after software update. not sure if it can be fixed. if not fixable I might upgrade to binge+ but I'm not sure of it's picture quality quality on dth as there is no proper review of dth quality.

Yes i also think so. And i know if i will call for technician visit he swap it for some refurbished old box so i am also thinking of swapping it with binge box but i think in binge box you have to pay Rs 299 extra evey month even if do not want to watch ott content.
