My Thaught: Those Who want to drop channels, Please don't update the app . After App update their is no appropriate option to drop channels in both app and website. Only way is by SMS.

1. Pay from Wallet option is not ticking after we are going to add addon.
2. Fta Modify Channels doesn't Work, even after selecting all channels, it will Shows same old list
3. Change pack doesn't work, it will ask to recharge for same.
4. In addon Section, Alcarte Channels will disappear when we come to last ala carte. It will Shows No data Found,
5. No Hindi Channels In Alacarte Showing .
6. No option for deleting Channels

These are issues I found in App, If they make correct with Little Speed in UI, then it will be best app compare to Previous one.

I Request members to Share issue with Sun Direct using mail or Call, and together we can make app better

There is issue in Dropping Addons and Bouquets in New Sun Direct App and Website

My Sundirect app and sundirect website are working fine for me. No issues i faced. My sundirect app is more faster than sundirect website

Just now added News18 Tamilnadu as alacarte channel. Within 2 seconds the channel activated. Dropping Addons also working fine for me in both my sundirect app and sundirect website

* I started channel addon process at 12:27PM and completed at 12:28PM,channel activated on telvision at 12:28:02PM(Refer above images)

I said issue in Dropping channels and not adding, Can you show the step to Drop addon? Already tried many times couldn't drop channels

Step1: Open my sundirect app

Step 2: click manage subscription

Step 3:unclick current pack (shown in as green color)

Step 4: click on which channel do you want to remove.Then it will shown as (red color)

Step 5: click proceed

Then channel will be removed successfully

No bro. same procedure on previous versions also(After Revamp)

After app Revamp onwards i followed the same procedure i mentioned. No issues i faced. May be some bugs or errors

Bro, I am now in My FTA , So it is Showing, Don't know about Regular Base Pack, Others Should Confirm it.
