Not sure on how to update. Just checked details as per screenshots posted above. Mine is HDZapper. Any idea on how to update? Tried pressing 2 times back method but not worked.

HD Zapper is the bouqet ID and not STB model No.

This update is only for the Technicolor Nova HD STB Serial No 86xx.

hi all,

Yesterday i called engineer to update ts settop box..so they did manual update..and also he said that they have released new firware update on 23th of january..so everyone will get software update automatically..after update am getting good dolby digital 5.1 even am getting dolby digital plus.

Follow this : Did not power off stb using remote, power off from main then switch on the box. When it shows 'Please wait initializing', immediately press back button in remote two times & press 2465 it'll start downloading the software. If 2465 not working, use 2485.
