Do you still have ACC? I disabled my connection. If you do see if the channel is testing.

Channel should be added Airtel digital TV tonight or yesterday midnight.

Don't know about other DTHs.
Tata sky should add it. Because Tata sky have all itv network (only 3 channel are not available).

Dishtv & D2h also have chance of addition. Because Of Airtel digital TV.
