As Per d2h Technicians

"You have to just press the "Reset button"
Behind the stb, beside power adopter...
For few seconds & software update will be done in few minutes...."

Just once try above bro...

I have tried that my brother.

If I press the black reset button for about 10 seconds it goes to the Factory Reset Menu

If I press the black reset button for 20 seconds it goes to the Remote Pairing Menu

If I press for more than 20 seconds it still stays at the Remote Pairing Menu

I downloaded Videocon D2H HD STB 3333 Software -DID 14 from another forum.

However when I copied in a USB and did a manual update it did not work.

So I Re-Formatted my USB in FAT32 (Regular Formatting - Not Quick Formatting)

Then copied the firm and did the manual update again and it worked like a charm.

I have tried but having error after 1:38 seconds ,not able to attach image. Also using 3333rf stb and followed your procedure. Any help will be greatly appreciated (error code 0x80030038)

I have tried the same procedure, formatted without quick format option and fat32 only. Still giving error message after one and half minute.

I have also same error 0x80030038 while updating in my digistb 1111U.
Loader version -1
