Seeking Help Need help understanding my infinity package .

Hi guys . I am new here and this is my first thread so I hope I don’t make any mistake .
So a month ago I bought Airtel hd + setbox and started with south sports package .so of course some channels were not included in my subscription . Just yesterday I upgraded my package to infinity hd+sd package showing as “airtel Infinity 12 Month Arp” in my billing . So I have checked few channels and all channels are opening except Disney international and &prive hd .
So my question is are these two channels not included in this infinity package ?’

Infinity includes all hd and SD. Try adding HD identification topup.
