that is tennis fed cup final live, it was telecast today also. I don't know how it will be telecast tomorrow because the final match continues tomorrow.
 
One doubt though, if someone has two channel license for sd channels, can they upgrade those to hd, or they need new license for hd upgrade?

I think they will retain one of the channels and change the second one to the hd version of the first.
Even though I'd personally like if sony buys and revives them like they did to ten sports.

Yes, it will happen as They told maybe the channel will be in HD feed so it seems they are in intial stage.
