Home Network Setup is in System Settings and Network Prefence is in User Settings and both are present.

This is for the use of Smart Apps that they would be introducing soon

By selecting ethernet you can plug in the LAN cable from your modem to the STB and the net will start working

And by selecting the Wifi net would start working by connecting it to the router wirelessly  :k
