What are those practical reasons ?? They are washing the Airtel backend room ??

Because of these backend lazy people work

Buddy, there r so many maintenance and upgradation activities which need to performed by DTH companies on regular basis for seamless running of the services , to enhance the quality of transmission , add new encoders / transponders or features onto the system, changing or scan/check thru various settings , shuffling of channels across transponders, adding new infrastructure etc. etc.

Regarding cleaning of uplinking centre, ofcourse brooming / cleaning dust and pochaa would b regularly done there , maintaining precautions so that all the machines , wires or other things r not disturbed and no liquid gets accidentally spilled on them.

They would we b putting disinfectant liquid in water for mopping activity. No need to wash floor with detergent. If u do not know then let me tell that there is no need to wash transponders and it is not possible or feasible or correct to travel to space for this.

Agree .. when comes to Hindi News , Shopping & Devotional channels (FTA) addition

Buddy if they add more channels belonging to these genres which include carriage fee ones that help generate revenue then what exactly is the issue? Many of these channels do have good viewership, u may not like them but devotional, regional news have a dedicated audience base which is why these broadcasters launch their channels on a platform so as to reach to more people. Naaptol and Ezmall r the only 2 teleshopping channels present on airtel digital tv , these companies want to sell their products to people hence they make their channels available across DTH or Cable TV platforms

Airtel Digital TV is already providing its customers all the important channels across languages and genres, they r very fast in adding all the popular channels . Some HD channels which r missing, they will b available very soon

I can list out 100s of key channels which airtel digital tv has added within few days of launch , not only this they have continuosly brought onboard different channels which were in demand but missing on the platform. Even niche channels like And Xplor HD is part of their channel line up which until now has not been added even on Tata Play. Colors Cineplex Bollywood, Colors Cineplex Superhits, Investigation Discovery HD also available on airtel digital tv but missing on Tata Play

Airtel Digital TV is excellent interms of providing vast bouquet of channels and services to its customers.

If u start to cherrypick on some channels missing on airtel digital tv then one can list out bigger list of channels unavailable on other DTH and Cable platforms.

When we r saying that airtel digital tv is very fast in adding channels, it means 99% of the channels arrive on the platform in short span after their launch. Almost all the other older channels r already available on their platform, few maybe missing which will b added shortly
