Practically 0 NCF not possible too coz the amount for package we're paying it's fully going to broadcaster pocket only NCF will go DPO pocket that's why they are differentiate & showing while activate any package in sumbit window .. so if not what is the profit for DPO while giving ARP ??

BTW if it's happen then it'll be a big update in DTH world till now no such update or havc I saw .. still ncf deducting for arp packs including super star pack I saw today
