Tata Sky cant make any silly mistake like this. If they wanted to move the previous DFM channel, they would have done it without adding a new similar channel.
May be they'll show Disney movies specially for adults (not the one which you are thinking
) on this new DFM channel. One channel for kids movies and one channel for seniors.
Currently they might be testing the channel, thats why both channels are showing same thing. But may be a few hours or few days later, the channels will show different content.

It will be a different service for sure because if we see the advt of dfm in home channel then it clearly mentions dfm Rs.200 till 14June. Means there will be some changes after that.

yesterday i asked tata sky cc about 2 dfm channels they said that one channel will show movies in hindi and another will sho movies in english but i said that both channels are showing english audio he said that they will change one audio to hindi as it is demanded by customer side that one channel must be having hindi audio
