I receive same HD box from my LCO. I am from Kolkata and have GTPL KCBPL connection. For this HD set top box they have collected 3500 from me and also charged additional 500 for Installation. So total 4000. Is this price worth it? Although first month all SD+HD channel package is free (worth RS. 384) Can you please share what are the charges you have paid for this box.
However I found in the STB box it is written MRP 2300 for the box. I already raise this issue for over charge to my LCO right now they are looking into the issue.And also I remember when I take the first Set top box 3-4 years ago I have to fill up a form and have to submit few photo ID Xerox but this time no such procedure has been followed.
What I need to do in this situation please suggest me.
