Activated 12 months premium hd add-on for 1299 .. getting all channels except sony ten hd nd star world premiere hd

I tried activating that but didn't get that option, called CC and they said no such add on available... Then I took 175 per month for 6 months

They have deactivated that add-on... And because of this I loosed even my 6+6 celebration hd add-on.. gonna leave d2h post subscription ends
