new hd dvr some problem

hi friends

i am upgrade my sd dvr to HD dvr stb recently (01.09.2016).my problem is airtel dth website showing 3D Options for 

hd dvr stb. but i'm not get 3D Button my dth remote how i use this 3D options.another problem 

is i'm not view my message but any time orange led showing my stb.how i rectify the problem

anyboy knows that problem give me a solution.

To read the msgs u have to press Yellow button on remote and then delete the msg there.

First of all making two threads for one issue is against forum rules realize ur breaking rules of this forum .. I expect ur angry comment so no problem .. Come to ur issue i dont know much abt dvr stb so i wont interfere anything while i dont knw much about onething .. If i gave any suggestion blindly means i can able to give but i am afraid it may cost u high coz hd dvr price are high .. So wait for dvr users comment .. Dont make two threads for one issue ..
