Was planning to buy this to start with:

What say? Any issues in buying online for installation in Bangalore (south region as seller is in mumbai)?

You can order online at airtel.in. You get packages as low as 1395. They provide 45 days free + installation + 8gb pen drive. I'm not sure about recording though. We recently ordered it for my friend. He took South value sports + 175 rupees HD addon for 45 days. It costed 1495 and installation was done in 2 hours.

Add-on pack. You cannot buy just that HD pack you are referring.  Hence the suggestion was to buy 99rs pack + this hd pack + another add-on/regional pack.
